What or who is CITA?
For the moment, CITA is just a blog run by Neil Nuttall. Many of the early posts here were originally published on his personal blog, but going forward posts that relate to technology as used by churches and ministries will appear exclusively in the CITA blog. CITA is also loosely affiliated (via Neil) with the Church IT Network (formally known as the Church IT RoundTable, or CITRT) which is an excellent source of information and discussion about the use of technology within the church (although much of the focus is US based).
Who is Neil Nuttall?
Neil is the current author and editor-in-chief of the CITA blog. He also has over 10 years experience in providing and managing IT services within a number of churches of various sizes. Although not currently working as church staff, he remains passionate about how IT (and associated technologies) can serve the mission of the church in expanding the kingdom.
You can find out a little more about Neil at his about.me page.
How can I get involved?
You can now connect and interact with CITA via LinkedIn and Twitter. And as we continue to tighten the nuts’n’bolts on CITA, we may add YouTube, Facebook or Google+. There’s even the possibility of contributing to the blog, Neil can’t do it all himself.
